I came here with my fiance and sister, who lives in LA. She said it is probably her favorite restaurant around so we wanted to go and try it out for ourselves. She was 100% correct! The food was delicious (pork carnitas) and the house...More

"Nickel and diming" your customers before they set foot in the restaurant is not very clever business practice. If you park your car yourself just after 4pm - the car-park attendant comes to collect $4.50 for 'valet parking', even though he did nothing. Very officious...More

I highly recommend this place to anyone visiting LA. The best Mexican food I've had around that area. I tried petty cash before trying this and give this restaurant 10/10. It usually really busy hence why me and my Mrs decided to go to petty...More

It's just beans and rice. As far as I'm concerned Tex Mex is the same everywhere. But at El Coyote you're getting a dose of Old Los Angeles when Mexican seemed exotic. Whenever I'm in LA I have to eat here - there's something about...More

Best Mexican restaurant I've ever been to! The food was full of flavour and utterly delicious. The decor is lovely and the booths are really comfortable. We went on a Saturday night when they were very busy, and still we could easily hear each other...More

We had a 7:30 reservation for a large group and they were not ready for us. It took a very long time to be seated and a much longer time to be served. I don't think we actually had any food until about 9:00-9:30. It...More

El Coyote has a casual and fun atmosphere. We had fantastic service by all staff members. Our food was quick, hot and delicious. The prices are very reasonable. The restaurant is surprisingly big with many areas to sit, some likely quieter than others. We really...More

They do private parties and have a great outdoor area for them. You'll need to call them about the menu.

I'd call them and ask. I haven't seen a banquet room, but there is a patio that might work just fine.
