Happened in for happy hour. Yummy calamari & a local craft beer, half price! Happy hour orders are placed at the bar, the food was delivered to the table. Service was just okay but the interior was amazing! It looked like maybe it was a church at one time. So glad we stopped by!

Stopped there for lunch. Large variety of choices on the menu and the food was good. The restaurant has been there going back to filming days when nothing was in the area. They catered the food for the film cast. Situated right on Hollywood Blvd. Ask for a window seat so you can people watch - there are a lot... More

The location is great, right in Hollywood! Awesome fish and chips! Great music selection. Only complain is finding a parking, but other than that we would eat there again!!

My husband and I visited while at a movie festival. He had bangers n mash and I had the fish and chips. The sausages and mashed potatoes were very good. The fish looked and tasted like big frozen fish sticks. Didn't finish them. The chips were 3 different kinds of fries. Waffle, skinny, chips. They were ok, but not great.... More

Stopped in during a slow period to grab lunch. The steak sandwich and the club sandwich were delicious. The French fries are some of the best! Prices pretty good. The staff is very nice. The atmosphere is really cool. Kinda dark and chill. Has a lot of history and it's apparent. They had awesome music playing too. Wish we had... More

Made reservations for 13 people based on trip adviser. Food was ok, but service left a lot to be desired. Need adult supervision for our young waitress never smiled once, seemed like she didn't want to serve us. Never once did a manager come to ask if everything was good. I'd never go back.

I read about this place when looking into the history of Hollywood. What inspired us to go to this place was the history it had with celebrities visiting this restaurant in the glory days, like Shirley Temple, Cary Grant, and Judy Garland. It was also close to the tourist sites on Hollywood boulevard which made it convenient as well. It... More

I just love this place. The food is good and the prices are about what you would expect. I love the feel of old Hollywood here where I could imagine some of Hollywood's bests chatting around a table or having a drink. As you tour the area, stop in for lunch or a drink.

Staying in Hollywood

Neighbourhood Profile
Hollywood undoubtedly conjures up images of movie stars and high-end lifestyles, and to this day, tourists flock here from around the world to see the iconic Hollywood Walk of Fame, Chinese Theatre and to catch a glimpse of the famed Hollywood sign up close. Celebrity impersonators and crowds give these areas the feeling of an amusement park while many clubs and hotels fill up around the weekends for late-night partying - the Hollywood club scene is a haven for thumping music and table-side bottle service. But parties aren’t the only way to enjoy this area, many visitors come to the neighborhood to sit back with a picnic to watch a performance at the Hollywood Bowl and those looking to stay fit trek along nature trails in the Hollywood hills and in Griffith Park.
