Delicious vegetarian food in a cozy, unpretentious setting. Our group sampled widely from the menu, and were more than happy with all our choices. Among our favorites: the roasted carrot salad with crispy chickpeas; green salad with fennel and grilled haloumi, roasted oyster mushroom appetizer, the tahini and avocado puree (a really good combo) on house-made pita with olives and... Took my vegan friend here and paid 3 times for it!! Nice menu and we had a lovely waitress (a girl from Australia) but when it came to pay the bill another waiter got involved, who didn't know how to work their system apparently and put the wrong amount on my card, that's ok accidents happen but as he charged... Incredible food and ambience! Also the best natural wine list in LA! We shared had the kale salad, the market vegetable fattoush salad, the kofta with cous cos, the fattayer and all were sublime!

Three of us had lunch at this restaurant. There was a very good choice of dishes for lunch. The food was very tasty. Service was very good (although the server had a little trouble getting the bill right).

It is a small intimate restaurant with some funky, but cool atmosphere. The restaurant is in the center of Echo Park doucheyness - guys wearing knit hats, loafers with no socks and vintage tweed jackets. My waiter had unusual dread locks and the soft voice of the 1980's new-age pony-tail man. The food was hit and miss. Some good, some... More

We went there for brunch. The food was great. Not waiting in line for a table was great for a change. The staff were very friendly and helpful. I had the mushroom sausage. It was good, it did seem that my wife's paresian galette was even better. How-ever the place is a bit on the expensive side.

We've been eating here for a few years now & I'm still listing it as one of my favorite places to eat! Pretty much anything with mushrooms in it is going to be amazing here & they make a killer kale salad.

What an amazing place!!! Staff is super friendly, open kitchen where the chef dances with saucepan and plates. I am not a vegan person, but everything I tasted there was fantastic. Grilled Oyster Mushroom, puff pastry filled with veggies, orange blossom pudding, delicious. And the place is also charming, a few tables outside but my favorite spot is definitely at... More

As a vegan/vegetarian it is very nice to go to a good restaurant where all the menu is available to you to choose from. The appetizers we had were both delicious -- one was a bread with goat cheese and a sweet syrup and the other a good salad. For entrees we had a risotto and a tagine plate. Both... More

A small, but trendy vegetarian/vegan restaurant. The food and service was excellent. Only wish is that they had more than one vegan dessert.
