Don't go there! It's about as over-priced as it gets, the service was really bad and parking is horrendously expensive.

This is a great location off the Pacific Highway - it costs $35 to park unless you go to the cafe in which case it costs $6. The place looks pretty rugged but the food is good and there is a good selection. However sandwiches are nearly $20 and a trip to the salad bar is $22
The beach is beautiful! We weren't given a sea view table which was a shame, but it was nice none the less. The interior of the restaurant seemed quite nice too - what I saw of it as we walked through to the outside area. The service was attentive but not particularly friendly, and the food was just OK. Could not have chosen a better place to stop for breakfast. They take your car and park it for you. They... More
It has a great view. The best Bloody Mary's.. Food is great. The staff is awesome.. They do validate parking to reduce cost for parking...
The beach cafe offers a beautiful view of the Pacific. The food is average at best and very expensive. The restraurant keeps battling with the California Coastal Commission about granting beach access. The restraurant won't budge so beware about the parking fees and make sure to have your parking ticket validated.
My wife and I went early on a Monday morning. It was very quiet based on the time and day. The food is very good, but expected. Very much the quality of a good diner. The view on the water is awesome. Our waitress was very good and attentive.
We enjoyed a delicious lunch while sitting outside under a shade umbrella with our feet in the Sand; watching the waves hit the shoreline; enjoying the ambiance; followed by a leisurely walk on the beach- a wonderful place to spend an afternoon! There is a fee to park that is reasonable if you spend the required amount at the restaurant.... More
The 3 of us arrived for lunch on a Sunday. The wait was 2 hours so we stepped to the beach and ordered food from their outside menu. We ordered 2 buckets of calamari and fish and chips and 3 beers. We paid $78 for these items. Very expensive in my view. We waited for the food almost an hour...... More
On 2 of my trips to L.A. over the last couple years, my brother and I have stopped by Paradise Cove and ate at the Beach Cafe. To be honest, we were drawn to it based on the properties connection to the Rockford Files....see the outside bathroom in the parking lot. Aside from the cool vibes, the breakfast is truly... More
