I would give it a 3.5, but that was not an option. One of our staples as far back as I can remember (mid 90s?) It is a homey place with a diverse menu having something for everyone. Comfort foods like a decent mac N cheese, good Caesar salad, burgers. It is like going home or being in a dark,... More

Stopped for breakfast. Very quaint setting. Food was excellent. Staff was excellent also. Nice place to spot celeb's on occasion while having a fresh strawberry lemonade!

Uneven. Catch this place on the right day, when the kitchen and service is clicking, it's a great spot to enjoy a leisurely, well done meal and people watch. Other days, hmm. Mostly solid for breakfast or lunch. Wait is normally pretty good. Try the one over the hill in Westlake.

Incredible food and the service was outstanding. I had the chorizo chilaquiles and was more than I expected. I will be back

We found this place by accident the first time but it has been a favorite stop every time we pass through Malibu on our drives north. The service is great and the food has been fabulous.

Located in the Malibu Country Mart about five minutes from Malibu Pier, we stopped here for breakfast. If you're contemplating the Pineapple pancakes with salted caramel butter – it is HUGE and best eaten with a friend! But absolutely delicious nonetheless. My other half went for a grilled chicken breast which came with gluten free pancakes, berries and can you... More

We was 5 people eating different dishes and we all enjoyed our food. My daughter says she had the best Meal of her life. She ordered a Pasta Pesto with Chicken.

Very good and varied menu. Salads, breakfast, sandwiches, soups, etc. Local cafe feel in a great walking/shopping place. I usually visit here for lunch/brunch when in Malibu. Full bar, coffee, tea. It's not fine dining but they have consistently good food and huge portions. Worth a visit

This is a go-to spot when we're in Malibu for breakfast, and they never disappoint. Breakfast is tasty, plentiful and service is always good. They also have a varied menu for lunch, which has also been consistently delicious.
