Once a year I drive my family up the coast from the dreaded LAX on the busy PCH and invariably we stop at Dukes for lunch. It has only gotten better over the years. Great ambience, small but excellent menu, incredible view (dolphins, pelicans, occasional...More

This was just minutes down the beach and had great service by David and delicious food. Go to happy hour and stay for dinner. The shrimp croquettes and the sautéed macnut and herb crushed fish was wonderful.

Heard about this from friends and decided to call for lunch on our way from Santa Barbara to Beverly Hills. All I can say is the place is a great spot, saw dolphins swimming by in tandem! The food is a very average burger joint...More

Working with the event planning department at Duke's was a pleasure. They were attentive, provided all the information in a timely manner (we were planning this very quickly). Everything went off perfectly. The food was delicious, wine was perfect, coffee bar a hit. We were...More

Dukes is situated on the oceanfront with large windows across the restaurant to accent the view. Staff was very friendly and seabass and fish tacos were delicious. Must order Hula pie - a real treat.

Historic restaurant next to the water on Malibu Beach. Terrific views of the Pacific from most all tables. Seabass and fish tacos were good, but the real treat of Dukes is always the Hula pie - a LARGE slice of macadamia nut ice cream over...More

The Malibu coastline is like a chameleon. In some
areas it resembles the French Riviera with its lush,
green hillsides descending into crescent-shaped
shorelines. In others, it feels 100% Southern
Californian with beaches wide and flat as a football
field, and often crowded with beach-goers lounging on
towels and playing volleyball. Other coastlines still
feel secluded, tucked under tall cliffs and dotted

Ok for kids. Sat night two weeks out to get your preferred time. Request a window table. Not guaranteed and may have to wait. If want to see sunset, look up time of sunset and book 45 min earlier.

They have a veggie burger that I was told is vegan. The buns had milk, so I had it without, but the waiter said that sometimes they do have vegan buns. The waiter was helpful and went back and forth to the kitchen to ask... More

Duke's Malibu has brought the excitement of Hawaii, Waikiki, and surfing to the mainland. The spectacular oceanfront location on Pacific Coast Highway offers over 300 feet of romantic oceanfront dining and memorabilia from both Hawaii and California surfing history. The Barefoot Bar, looking south into the lights of Santa Monica, is a great spot for drinks and casual food with friends.
