Authentic French drinks and food. Friendly service. Great atmosphere. Often we take the boeuf bourguignon even in the summer. They have outside seating, which has a nice Bistro atmosphere. I like their Aperol Spritz, they make these refreshing drink better than other places in Menlo.

I wanted something different in my tummy and chose this place. Friendly staff and everyone was having a good time. I ordered the Escargot and the Lamb Chops and they were both amazing. If I find I’m in this area again for business then I...More

Ali provides a beautiful meal and dining experience. I prefer inside than the new seats that extend past the sidewalk.

This restaurant offers both pleasant outside dining and an interior dining room. The selection of French food is quite extensive and we've never had a bad meal here. I am particularly fond of the French Onion Soup and the Pate.

Excellent, every time! I got the Steak Frites, and I'm telling you it is just like in Paris. Perfectly golden and crisp fries, and a nice sear and charring on the Steak, all brought together by a delicious custard sauce. Albeit, the Steak was slightly...More

Bistro Vida is one of our favorite restaurants in the Menlo Park - Palo Alto area. The service is always friendly, the food consistently excellent, and the atmosphere welcoming. If you are looking for dependable traditional French bistro fare, this is your place!

I don't know. You may be better off buying a gift card from Amex or Visa given protection and flexibility, then recommending a meal at Vida. I estimate by taking average entree price times 2 times number of people. More if... More
