This old worldly restaurant is deceptive, did not expect much of the food as inside is dated and "club" like. But the Diver scallops with polenta were divine, some of the best I have ever had. My wife enjoyed her glass of chablis and enjoyed...More

Less than average. The meal took over an hour and a half to arrive. The restaurant was practically empty. 30% capacity max. I ordered the seafood pasta and undoubtedly was the worst I have ever had. Pasta was hard and dry, the tuna was over...More

We stayed an extra night in Monterey to try this restaurant. Sommelier recommended a wine that he decanted immediately without our asking. He poured the wine and never returned. It was too astringent and lacked body, taste and smell. The Prime Rib was their specialty...More

Took our family for Thanksgiving dinner. Seated us at a large table in front of the fireplace. Service was exquisite, atmosphere was inviting and menu choices were excellent. Some had the fixed price, four course Thanksgiving Dinner, others chose pork chops, fish, pasta. No one...More

Big group for a dinner talk. The room was musty and dark. The waiters were noisy, clanging dinnerware and talking while the speaker was up. There were 40 of us. The food was cold and it was timed poorly! The steak was a cheap cut....More

Sardine Factory offers dining elegance. The ambience and decor is exquisite and their service excellent - it's one for the books! It makes one forget they are enjoying cocktail from the happy hour menu. Sardine Factory is where Papa Vince used to work, ask anyone...More

Went here based on the recommendation of our concierge. So glad we did! Food was amazing and service was nearly as good. We sat in the atrium room. Tables were not on top of each other and noise was moderate. Definetly would go back!
