Great French restaurant... tiny, with only about 8 or so tables, so reserve... but worth it... The owners are the chef and waiter I believe, and they treat you like family. The menu is small but has grand choices and wonderful taste. They made us a special dishes based on some dietary restrictions and every time i go there it's... More

What a great place for French food, cozy and intimate atmosphere and good service. My husband and I were looking for a French restaurant to celebrate our wedding anniversary and also, I wanted to have duck confit (my favourite) as there aren't many restaurants out here (Irvine and the surrounding) that serve duck (or that we know of). We were... More

Very cute small restaurant. The veal and lamb were delicious. The mushroom and parsley soup was not our favorite. Prices were very reasonable. The restroom is a voyage.

When we lived on the Island we could always count on a great meal and quality service that made our guests feel special. It also was our "go to place" for date night!

A tiny but great place on the island, good French/Swiss food, highly recommended (We travel 40 minutes each way to eat here).

I have eaten here several times but after my wife and I enjoyed dinner here last Saturday night I felt compelled to write a review. This is a small place on Balboa Island's touristy main street but the quality of the cooking is marvelous. On this visit I had grilled Copper River Salmon that was beautifully presented and cooked perfectly.... More

Best food and Best service on Balboa. Hands down. Intimate, cozy environment. Be prepared to know your neighbors at the tables next to you. Can be very stuffy on warm nights. But it is a lovely experience, with classic and sumptous food. Parking is difficult, if not next to impossible. But if you are staying on the island and want... More

We ate here last January and I almost forgot to do a review. The place is small, probably will seat only 20 people at full capacity. Definitely call for reservation. The place and food will not fail you. Reminded me of a cozy place we ate at Prague- but couldn't remember the name. That day the menu was in a... More
