My husband and I have been eating here for so many years that the owner once said we feel like family. If he’s around, other visitors will be treated like family too; the rest of the wait staff varies in friendliness and command of English, but all are reasonably efficient and mean well. The food, Thai and Burmese, is truly... More

My wife and I have been eating at Saysetha for over 25 years. I could end the review right there--it says it all! The food is great! The wait staff is friendly. It's reasonably priced. There is a wide variety of food choices, including vegetarian options. Here is what you should know before ordering: They are HAPPY to make substitutions!... More

Great place to go for traditional Thai food, curries, etc. No surprises, everything is good. Prices very affordable. The staff are absolutely wonderful. Interior is very simple, not luxurious. Always good food.

I visit this restaurant every time i am in the area (about once per year) and i have nothing but great things to say about the food. The portions are plentiful, the flavor on point, the service attentive. We visited on a Thursday when there is live jazz music, what a treat, it enhanced our dining experience so much! The... More

This is best Thai food one can have outside of Thailand. It is also not expensive, about 10-20 per person. The decor is from the 70s and beyond needing update. The food quality and flavor are amazing---pad thai, thai fried spring rolls, soups, are all super.

The food here is great--the thai spring rolls with pork, the pad thai, the red curry with beef---etc etc--the decor is poor, but the staff is excellent. Good prices as well.

My husband loved it but I was uninspired by this food and I normally love Thai. I would not go back but he would.

We frequently eat Thai food in the Salt Lake City area. We had to try Saysetha while in the Bay Area. Though it wasn't teh best that we've had, the food was very good. We especially liked the richness of the yellow curry. The flavor was very robust and delightful. The atmosphere is not great. The restaurant seems dark and... More

Please accept this as a very limited review. I used to live down the street from Saysetha and have had almost everything on the menu. They serve solid Thai food. BUT, this review is dedicated to their roast duck special lunch. For $6 you get a picquant clear broth soup with tofu and mushrooms and a generous plate of duck... More

We are regulars, and they go out of their way to take care of my food allergies.
