Great choice to stop on our road trip home; lots of tasty food; brisket could have been hotter but taste and tenderness was great; just the right amount of barbecue taste; Reuben was tasty and yummy fries

The burgers & pies were great. However the cashier & servers were both tired. The cashier was very slow. Furthermore the fresh pies were exposed next to bathroom and could be touched by whoever (not secure).

The Berry Patch is an excellent stop right off the freeway. You're not going to get all excited about the decor. This is not a high end restaurant. It is a country style diner that severs excellent home cooked food. I went with a party of 8 without a reservation. We were seated immediately and waited on promptly with incredible... More

This was a true greasy spoon, with a generic menu, old stuff and no gift shop as advertised ( just some shelves around the corner). A locals hangout, I assume. We were just hungry on our way to fly home in Sacramento...meh.

We stopped here for lunch. Close to I-5, but the restaurant only had a few local folks and not travelers, other than us. A diner environment with a cooking show on the overhead TV. The Denver omelette was good, hash browns good, biscuit small and average. The patty melt was cooked as requested and good. Good service.

I asked the waitress what she would recommend, and she said the BBQ beef sandwich. She was right; it was very, very good. The bread was toasted, the meat was stacked very high, and the BBQ sauce was delicious. It was definitely one of the better BBQ beef sandwiches I've ever had. The accompanying cole slaw was average, as was... More

Not sure how the rest of the food is because I had a take away chef's salad. The hostess personally walked my order into the kitchen and let me sit at an empty table while I waited, which didn't take long at all. When I got to a place where I could eat, I was pleasantly surprised at the great... More

We have stopped here many times on trips. Always good. I always get the brisket sandwich. Well it no longer looks like the photo someone posted here. It is cut paper thin, and lots of fat...no flavor at all. They now cover it in sauce, an old trick to disguise bad meat. Wife had bacon and eggs, the bacon was... More
