The outside/covered patio is beautiful. The service is professional, reserved and a bit formal. My main issue is that for a vegetarian, they really offer nothing much (that's ok for a formal French restaurant). But I do expect an option or two with some creativity and flavor. I appreciate that for the pre fixe, the restaurant altered the little bites... More

Two dinner visits to Le Vallauris were enough to make us never want to return. The food is good, but for the exorbitant prices should be extraordinary. Service is inconsistent. The atmosphere is nice, but nothing tells you that you're in the heart of a famed desert oasis. All in, if Vallauris were priced differently I'd give it a higher... More

Everything about this dinner was perfect from the moment we entered and were greeted. Our table was inside as the evening was cool, but we would have been just as comfortable on the expansive and beautiful patio where diners are kept warm with heaters. The menu was presented on a blackboard brought near our table. Something for everybody regardless of... More

First class act! The food was as good as the service. The maître d, Willie, is a hoot. Sit at the bar and talk with him. He is a wealth of knowledge and stories. Steak was superb as was the lamb.

This is our second visit, won't be last. We tried Lunch this time, my husband, 9yo son and I all decided to go with reasonably priced pre fix menu, which provide good choices for all of us, we picked different items so we can try all of the choices. The boar pate was delicious, my beats salad was perfect portion,... More

Overall a wonderful evening. Yes, in our 60's we actually brought the average age down, but that should worry you. The food was excellent, it had all the dishes you would expect. It's the 1st time I've had sweetbreads in 10 years....they seem to be a vanishing dish but they were delicious. Our waiter Carlos was extremely courteous and professional... More

This was our final evening in Palm Springs and the dinner couldn't have been better. We ordered from the preset menu, at $59.00 per person and included the lobster bisque, oysters, salmon and the floating island caramel. All dishes were nicely prepared and in the french way; very delicate flavours, small portions, and excellently presented. Very few carbs or starches... More

Our favorite spot in Palm Springs ! The patio is beautiful with its tree canopy and nests of lights. They have lots of heaters, so even in a chilly December night it was nice to sit outside. And Patrice, the joyful maitre d, always takes such good care of us! The dessert chef's wife was our waitress and was funny... More

We have many fine restaurants in Minneapolis /St. Paul but none hold a candle to this fine dining establishment. Our server Bruce helped make the evening memorable and we both enjoyed escargot and the wine Beuce suggested, a good value. My rack of lamb was medium rare as ordered and excellent and my wife really enjoyed the filet mignon! We... More

We wanted a place with a quiet, distinguished ambience. The menu was varied with a good choice of traditional and more exotic items. The service was attentive without being over the top. The food preparation and presentation were both first rate. We both enjoyed different steaks which were prepared to perfection and served with a nice balance of vegetables.
