While in Palm Springs for a wedding, some of the people attending arrived early and enjoyed dinner at Miro's before other guests arrived. Unfortunately, we were a large group (13) and seated at a long table in the middle of the room. This resulted in our group being very noisy, e.g., loud. I'm certain other guests were not pleased with us, but we had a great time. The food was excellent and with 13 diners there were many different orders. There were no complaints. Our server was excellent and extremely attentive. Sorry, I cannot remember his name. I would definitely return. One couple returned later to purchase a gift certificate for the family who owned the house where we were staying for the wedding. You will not be disappointed.

We found this using TA as the closest restaurant to the hotel we were staying in and within walking distance. Sunday night we called ahead and made reservations in knowing that we hadn't changed our clocks to Pacific time yet. We showed up early and they seated us right away. The staff was extremely courteous and welcoming. We ordered the Rack Of Lamb split for two and two Gin Martinis. The Lamb was just perfect and the pairing with the sauce made it outstanding. The potatoes were just o.k. and the vegetables over cooked to our liking. We could tell that the restaurant was a popular place because by 8pm it was crowded. We ordered the Apple Strudel and Lemon Custard pie for desert. Both were good. My partner preferred the Strudel over the other. I would suggest that when placing your orders to request the Vegetables to be not over cooked.

Miro's is a highly polished cut Diamond, from the greeting at the door, to the tasteful interior, the incredibly attentive service, a beautiful menu offering a vast array of seafood, and many other choices at a great value. The Spanish Octopus, Split pea soup, all added to my choice of entre' of DUCK w/ Cherry sauce, all cooked to perfection. Kudos to the chef's mastery. Our party of 7, ordering many choices available on the menu, could do nothing but ooh and aah over every bite. Relaxing wonderful dinner. Definitely, Miro's is the kind of Restaurant that keeps me coming back again and again.

Our server didn’t know the specials, couldn’t tell us what was in the specialty drinks and couldn’t recommend any options because she couldn’t explain anything about them. My dinner (shrimp pasta dish) was inedible after trying a bite. Pasta crunchy, shrimp rock hard. I returned it but since no one came to the table to check on us for over 30 min my husband was finished with his meal by the time our server came back so we paid and left (without a meal). So bummed-our 10th wedding anniversary dinner a total bust.

Hubs and I just came back from a 3 day trip to Palm Springs, and out of the three restaurants we dined at Miro's is our favorite. I was inspired to go because my hubs is part Slovak and he grew up on dishes like Beef Goulash and Chicken Paprikash. He ordered a meal that was a trio of dishes consisting of the aforementioned two plus cabbage rolls. He said it was outstanding and better than his Mom's. I wasn't very hungry so I ordered the Shrimp Scampi appetizer to eat while my hubs ate his entree. The Shrimp was also outstanding and was q quite filling, 4 huge shrimp which, paired with a Cesar salad, was plenty for me. A must mention is a special cocktail that the bartender prepared that night. Can't remember what it was called or if it even had a name, but it consisted of muddled blueberries and lemon with lemon-infused vodka and triple sec. Three plump blueberries floated in a wide martini glass rimmed with sugar. Perhaps if you visit during berry season you can try to request this drink too. It is the best mixed drink I ever had!

Great overall experience! The menu is diverse; we split the octopus (terrific/perfectly cooked), for main courses we had duck (very good) and osso buco (tender/flavorful). Large portions and the main courses come with choice of soup (cauliflower is terrific...no cream) or salad. The service from Catalin was perfect; attentive without hovering. The best part was how accommodating they were during COVID. The outside tables are 6’ apart, but, we prefer them further apart. So, we stopped by to ‘check’ on the spacing in the afternoon of our reservation. The manager said they were very busy that Saturday night at 7:30pm and recommended we change to 8:30pm. We changed to 8:30pm and it was perfect! Very few diners remaining and we were very distanced (about 15-feet) from any other guests. Lovely family run restaurant, we will definitely return.

Tonight’s pandemic take-out was prepared by Miro’s, and they did not disappoint. We decided on shareable appetizers. We ordered four, that was very filling. We tried the cabbage rolls, burek, crab cake and Moroccan meat balls. All were perfectly prepared, tasted delicious and traveled very well back to our condo. Next time in PS (hopefully post pandemic!) we try the full menu.

We had chicken paprikash and Mediterranean chicken and it was nice sized portions, but nothing special. The meal comes with soup or salad. The salad is basically Cole slaw and the soup, potato leek was a tiny cup and very average. The entrees were $30-$35. I think a fair price for chicken could easily be $10 cheaper per entree. We were a party of six, so there was a mandatory 20% service charge added on. (It would have been nice to know about ahead of time.) The service was good, not great. I don’t think they are quite as attentive when they know the gratuity is a given. The atmosphere is nice and feels authentic. Overall a good experience, but not great. Too many good restaurants in the Valley, we will not be coming back.

Our favorite restaurant in Palm Springs: great food well prepared & served with an interesting menu quite a bit more imaginative than the usual culinary school line-up. How often do you find burekes, whole roast duck, or stuffed cabbage on an upscale menu? Service is impeccable but unobtrusive, drinks are decent & well-priced... There is a sophisticated, European ambience without the snobbery. You won't be disappointed.

This Moroccan themed restaurant offers both inside and outside dining, the latter in a beautiful patio setting. Vegan Bolognese and Bronzino were the choices, with lamb meatballs and lentil soup to start. Make sure to ask for the oil and vinegar and ‘special spice mix’ for your bread…then use the rest of it on your main course. Service is exceptional, as is the atmosphere. A perfect place to enjoy our last night in Palm Springs.

What a treat to again enjoy a very good meal from Miro's during this time of self-isolation in this pandemic period. They continue to provide great food and their pick-up service was handled very well. A wonderful break for us starting with the Stuffed Cabbage and Burek, followed by Beef Stroganoff. Thanks for staying open.

We chose Miro's as the restaurant to celebrate my husband's 70th birthday. He is a seafood lover and it is difficult to get where we live so he was pleased that he had several choices. We started with the escargot and it was very good. So good that we used all of the bread dipping it in the juices. My husband had the Chilean sea bass and I had the Mediterranean Chicken. Both dishes were tasty and after having our fill of that bread we were able to take some back to our hotel room. Luckily we had a full kitchen so we had the leftovers for the next night's dinner. I must have mentioned to someone that it was my husband's birthday because before leaving he was brought a dish of ice cream. I have to add we did have great service and enjoyed the ambiance. The only thing we had trouble with is the GPS had us turn at the side street next to a Japanese restaurant. Luckily someone in the parking lot directed us to Miro, which was on the other side of the lot.

Old world style with timeless service! We happened to stumble into this gem after our other choices were full. What a great happy accident! The food was well prepared with the right level of seasoning and the service reminded you of fine dining in Europe. The one thing that would have made the visit is flawless is not bringing out the check until asked.

We stumbled onto Miro's after being denied entry by the Vaccine Paranoid at Johannes. This was quite the fortuitous event. Miro's outdoor dining on the patio offered delightful ambiance in contrast to the cramped setting of the other establishment. The Rack of Lamb was among the best we've had anywhere in the world. The cabbage soup was another culinary treat, a wonderful medly of flavor and texture. We will certainly return to Miro's for their excellent food.

Miro has a great patio perfect for "pandemic dining." We felt safe/comfortable there and our waiter was top-notch. My only gripe is that while perfectly fine, the food was not sensational. Two of us were underwhelmed by the sea bass. The menu is fairly "old world" and a lot of the dishes seemed uncreative. Great evening, great patio, great waiter, lackluster meal.
