We decided at the last moment to drive to this restaurant and eat our lunch @ 12:30 PM. We were not disappointed and found it was quite nice for simple lunch. 1. Good Server 2. Great Food 3. Great Atmosphere

My family loves the Peking Duck at this Restaurant! So good. The place is akin to typical Chinese restaurants: decor and furniture, even the menu. It is clean, though. The food is delicious. Aside from the Peking duck, the other offerings in their menu are very good too. The salted fish and chicken fried rice is worth the try. Service... More

The place is good. Filled with groups of Chinese guests when we were there. The food is good but nothing extraordinary. The prices of items are reasonable.

First off, the food is superb. Second, the wait staff is excellent. Our family enjoyed one of the most delightful meals here. We had a variety off the menu and the waitperson was very helpful guiding us. We had the duck, shrimp and honey walnuts, and several appetizers. The wonton soup was excellent but so was everything else.

I've been coming here for over 20 years and have never been disappointed. Although it is known for the Peking Duck, the owner has traveled far and wide to enhance the variety of offerings. About 10 years ago, I was introduced to the Spicy Crab Restaurant in Hong Kong. This little restaurant served fresh steamed crab on a bed of... More

This is my neighborhood Chinese restaurant and I eat there very often for both lunch and dinner. The lunch menu is a bargain with soup, an onion pancake, and a main course. My favorites include chow fun with gravy, duck soup with noodles, and peking duck. There are always a lot of Chinese people eating here so it must be... More

I've been here many times & have always had a great meal. Being able to just order Peking Duck without planning ahead is so nice; we do it almost every time. The hot & sour soup is a usual favorite. Not too hot or sour, but enough of both. Placing the slices of duck in a delicate pancake/crepe with the... More

Excellent Chinese Food, really extensive menu. Our Chinese friends say it's authentic. Good for lunch and dinner. It's tucked into the inner courtyard of a condo complex near the end of California Avenue in Palo Alto. Parking nearby. Really good food, always reliable. Have had many lunches and dinners at this restaurant.

They make the best chicken jook…not too thin, not too thick. If it's comfort food you want, Peking Duck is a great place to eat. I always ask for gai lan (chinese broccoli) with lots of ginger and little sauce and it always comes the way I want it. The fish fillets with chives is good, as is the 3... More

We wanted duck, the five of us long-time school mates when we got together annually. Last year's choice bombed out. We ordered both the Peking and smoked duck. Both did not disappoint. They were not quite Beijing, but close enough to satisfy. We had the outstanding salt and pepper fresh squid which was delicately breaded, tender, moist, and delivered top... More
