Very expensive and not a lot of food on the plate, nice presentation of food and cotton candy dessert was a surprise!

After a few years of absence from this spot, went back and had a very delightful meal. First had the hamachi shots, one of their signature dishes. it was good as expected topped with Asian herbs. But the main course was the top attraction: maine scallops on a bed of quinoa. There were four large scallops which was a very... More
Please don't go here if you are visiting Palo Alto for business or leisure. I don't believe it all representative of good high end dining in Palo Alto and around. Unfortunately, the food scene still is sorely lacking on the Peninsula considering SF has one of the world's best dining scenes but still there are much better, atmospheric restaurant than... More
A new challenge of a sea food restaurant by Alexanders Steak House but we all ordered meat. We were a party of seven but were seated in a very tight space and felt like eating in middle seat of an international economy class. Great selection of wines like Jordan and Cakebread but expect to pay the price for them. The... More
Went here for a Tuesday night dinner to check out this restaurant. First impression was that the parking was completely inadequate for the volume of customers, so I quickly pulled into the valet parking. Walking in the place is large and spacious and decorated in a modern style. We had reservations for 6:45pm and were seated promptly. I had the... More
We have been there on several occasions over the past year and half since we were introduce to the restaurant by the Rosewood Hotel. California cuisine in setting fit for its typical Palo Alto style ranch architec ( years ago before the rise of silicon valley) . Well train staff, excellent service and presentation . good food quality but wish... More
Just happened by this restaurant as I was staying in Dinah's Garden Hotel next door and what a find. Superb menu, attentive and professional staff and the food is exceptionally good. Rather pricey, but well worth it. Highly recommendable
all of the food was exceptional, you cant go wrong. It's a little pricey but the ambiance and quality of the food is well worth it.
Courses served with flair and panache in a pleasant atmosphere. We were constantly surprised by special treats between courses - small plates having a variety of exquisitely presented small bites prepared in unusual ways. Dessert was absolutely stunning and delicious.
