Stopped in here for the lunch buffet on a saturday - excellent value at $9.99 and a great selection of dishes. The lamb curry and chicken tikka were especially good. The staff were exceptional - attentive when we needed them but also quiet and leave you to enjoy the food. We were especially happy that they found our sunglasses (expensive)... More

I like it! I've never had Himalayan food before. I tried the lunch buffet so I could try lots of different things. I actually liked everything. The food has a spice flavor but it's not hot spicy. Just delicious. For 9.99 it was a good deal and a great way to this restaurant. I will be back. I have it... More

Our family discovered this restaurant while we were walking around Old Town. A large menu selection, delicious food and nice cozy atmosphere. The momos (vegetable/Chicken) were tasty. Our group also ordered a variety of chicken and vegetarian dishes and everything looked and tasted great. If we lived closer we would happily dine here regularly. Look forward to a return visit... A very late lunch found us in this neighborhood and we decided to try a restaurant we had never been to. Samosas were crispy, hot, & delicious. The sauce accompanying it might have had a touch of sugar (which I avoid), but the tangy tamarind was delicious. The lamb korma with some vegetables was great and the tandoori mixed grill... More

Delicious! I already enjoy Indian; and the dishes I ordered (I can't remember their names) were not noticeably different to my palate. Their Naan is wonderfully light and chewy and THICK (I've had some that were as thin as tortillas at other places).

So we didn't know what to expect when we bought a Groupon voucher for dinner here. The service is great, the waiters are attentive and brought our drinks/appetizers quickly after ordering. We were pleasantly surprised at how good the mixed grill (recommended by the waiter) is and how big the portion is. For a weekday night, the restaurant was full... More

This region's food comes from several different countries and for Americans, mostly falls under the "Indian" category . It's popular here because the spices and sauces used are unique by OUR everyday standards. Therefore the recipes rarely change from Himalayan, to Indian, to Nepalese and so on. The food is authentic and tasty. This particular place had the same options... More

The Skinny- Parking: nearby pay lot Decor: mom and pop Food: ok Coke: 2 liter bottle Restroom: somewhat usable Service: non existent I have never had Himalayan food and wanted to try this place out. I was surprised that the buffet looked exactly like every Indian buffet I have been too. The actual place is very dive like with glass... More

If I was in Pasadena more often, I would be a regular here. The ambiance is authentic and inviting, and the service is very considerate. The compelling reason to come is the cuisine. I tried several dishes, and each one was presented elegantly and delicious to taste. The Lamb Vindaloo was a treat, and so was the garlic nan!
