Rarely do we get bad service and poor food from this type of establishment. Granted my review may be affected by being almost knocked over and my foot stepped on by one of the waiters, who simply turned around, said "Oops" and ran off, without checking to see if I was ok. The rest of the experience was not any... More

I am sorry about your recent experience. Please be assured that this is not typical on how we handle special requests. I have addressed the issue with the individuals who have been involved and used this incident with the rest of our staff . I would appreciate if you can call me at the restaurant at 805-239-3366. We ate here twice on our recent trip to Paso. Our dinner entrees were delicious. I had Spinach & Feta Rigatoni, which was a very flavorsome veggie dish with lots of fresh spinach, broccoli and beans. My husband had the Beef Bourguignon, with pasta. Huge plates - but it was so tasty we both ate it all. Sadly no room... More

We have eaten breakfast here multiple times now and will be back again. Nothing fancy or over the top just good food.

We had a very relaxing business dinner at Panolivo. Service was great as were the apetisers, main meal with a Mediterranean flair and desert. They also offered a good beer selection. Everyone was quite happy and we will return.

Whenever we are in the Paso Robles area at breakfast time, we go to Panolivo and are always satisfied with the food and the service. Just two blocks off the square in old town, they bake their own pastries, which you can also take "to-go". We have also enjoyed various omelettes, tortas, and the brioche french toast. The coffee is... More

I imagine that people heading up and down Highway 101 in the Paso Robles area have no idea what they are driving by when passing the town. There are numerous restaurants, shops, wine tasting rooms, and even a coop art gallery - all circling a town square that features a Carnegie Library (now a museum). So, if you do stop... More

They had a Monday night special of spaghetti. I went with friends. We found the spaghetti dry. I asked for Parmasean Cheese and was charged an extra dollar. I only wanted just a bit on top but they brought at least 1/4 cup. I thought that was greedy.

As my wife and I took a walk around town we noticed what seemed like two restaurants in one - Panolivo & Jaffa, offering kabobs on one side and a more Italian/French menu on the other. Actually, maybe 3 restaurants if you count the bakery/expresso counter. Turns out they have their own bakery in the back of the premises. A... More

This was our 2nd trip to this restaurant and our last. The food was tasteless and service was slow. The grilled panini's looked like sandwiches on English muffins with no grill marks evident, I've had better minestrone soup from a can and the salad was just giant chunks of lettuce in a watery vinegarette. Definitely not worth the 75.00 we... More

This restaurant is conveniently located in downtown Paso. We were there for breakfast, but it seemed they had a pretty good menu for lunch and dinner, also. I had the vegetarian breakfast burrito, which had eggs (egg whites were an option), cheese and thick slices of avocado, in a spinach tortilla wrap. The wrap was very filling, but really delicious....
