We walked over from Dolphin Bay for drinks at Marisol. The bartenders were very friendly & knowledgeable. Our drinks were very good. Only wish we were hungry because the food looked great.

We ate the appetizers at happy hour. We were not to impressed. They have an outside place with heaters to sit. Inside bar. I think they have free appetizers on Thurs night. But we probably would not eat there again.

Was staying at the attached The Cliffs Resort as part of a one day business conference. Had 2 great breakfast (menu or buffet) and one dinner while there. At dinner with a good sized group I had a halibut dish that was simply wonderful. Very well prepared and presented. Has a patio with amazing ocean views that is pet friendly.... More

Best place to see the sunset. We went for happy hour which happened to be a wine night. We had a few different wines which were all good. We also had all the appys that were on special. They were good. The patio is very nice and the views are amazing. The patio has heaters so when it cooled down... More

We stayed at adjacent hotel and decided to go for a meal. We book and ended up in the bar near a door which was very cold. We were moved without any trouble to the restaurant which unfortunately had 2 bus loads of pensioners eating. We were looked after well and food was fine, although chocolate cake was bit dry.... Great view, great food but horrible service. We thought we would have better luck from moving outside to sitting at the bar but even that was horrible. Grouchy old bartenders with no personality. We come here a lot for the view and food.

Enjoy the ambiance of the cozy restaurant and tasty food. The bar is a few steps away. Th Marisol also offers a buffet breakfast and an early bird drink special every Sundays from 9AM - 12PM.

Went to try and have a late lunch. The hostess did not greet us in a friendly manner. We were sat in a nice table but a bit too sunny --so we moved one table over. We sat for an extended period of time as the staff walked by us multiple times without acknowledging us in any way -other than... More

Being a first time visitor to Pismo Beach we decided to eat at the hotel restaurant called Marisol. We do not usually eat at a hotel restaurant but since corkage was free, we decided to give it a try. We ordered the halibut which was cooked to perfection and very delicious. The shrimp dish was not as good-the shrimp were... More
