Stopped in for breakfast because we knew it was on the bluff- not expecting much. The view was nice, the food was the diamond in the ruff. I had a nice omelette and my wife had huevos rancheros and she loved it. The Bloody Mary...More

Came here for breakfast as a guest of the charming hotel next door, which gave us a discount. Based on tripadvisor reviews we figured it was worth it. We were wrong. It was quite possibly the worst breakfast I've ever had. And don't fall for...More
The food is good, not 5 star, but not bad and the presentation is nice. The views of the ocean are beautiful and service is about average for the area. We go there about once a month. Its a great place to eat if you...More
Jeffrey, thanks for being a repeat customer! We hope you’ll continue coming to Spyglass to drink some delicious cocktails and enjoy the ocean. Thank you for the review, we appreciate it!
We've been here 4 times - it's such a cool place. Like a throwback to a 1960s family vacation, an old time fish house. Tacky decor, but who cares, it's right on the water. It's never busy so there has never been a wait. Really...More

Went with a large group on business travel, with people arriving at different times, so I expected a small amount of chaos. I don't eat animal products, so this required having a conversation with the waitress where she made suggestions and I made my order....More
Food was good and waitress was excellent. Great views while enjoying meal. Went right to table with no wait. We both had seafood platter that was very good, not crazy about the garlic fries though.More

Located adjacent to a hotel by the same name. If I understood correctly, same name, different owners. However, the food was excellent. Reasonably priced and if your a guest of the hotel, they offer a breakfast special. Huge pancakes! Servings are large so you'll probably...More

During our stay at Spyglass Inn, we ate at the Spyglass Inn Restaurant three items, once for dinner, once for breakfast and the third time for a take out meal. Food was good on all three occasions. The location is stunning with great views across...More

Had their Prawn Cocktail but the sauce tasted like paint stripper and had to wash my mouth out! The waitress kept going AWOL but told her and sent it back. The manager refused to deduct the inedible food off the bill. Avoid. Whatever happened with...More
Mitch, I’m sorry to hear you didn’t like the prawn cocktail. Our policy is for the manager to take off the item or offer another dish instead so that our guests leave happy. We will address this matter.
We went here early in the morning. My wife had the country omelet and I had biscuits and gravy. Both were excellent. Service was very good and friendly. Very attentive. The restaurant was quiet where you could have a nice conversation. Would go here again.
Timothy, thanks for leaving us five stars! It always makes me happy when visitors enjoy starting their day with us. If you are in the area, please come stop by again!
