The place does not look all that inviting but don't judge it by the outside cover. Darned good fish and chips.

This small place has the best food I have eaten for a long time. The menu choices are varied and interesting, so everyone in my party ordered something different, and we were all delighted with our choices. The portions are very generous. Plenty of menu choices for vegans and persons on restricted diets. The service is excellent. While we were... More

We have been eating here when we're in town over the last few years, and we have always had great fish and chips or great calamari and chips. Unfortunately the last time we were here, last week, the fish tasted funny and we realized it was old. the Calamari was strictly tentacles and the tartar sauce was very watered down.... More

I have had take out from this little take out restaurant 3 times. The fish is not greasy, cooked perfectly, and large portions. French fries and cole slaw come with the fish. One can order ahead and your order will be ready when you arrive. Good service and friendly employees. Can't ask for much better than that.

We were in search of authentic English fish and chips when we came across this quaint, retro establishment. This is, apparently, part of a small chain throughout central California to the Bay Area. The menu was surprisingly vast for such a small place, but we were there for fish and chips. My friend, who had lived in England for a... More

Try the fish cod and chips with other combinations of your choice. You have a variety of seafood to compliment your fish such as oyster, calamari, scallops, and clams. Also available are side orders of mushrooms, zucchini and cold slaw. Don't forget to ask for a bonus card that you would entitle you for a free order after your 10... More

We came her from Oklahoma to run at the Junior Olympics. I saw the restaurant and was like it looks gross, we stopped a couple in the parking lot and they said it was very good, skeptical we just got one plate shared it and the. We order 10 more. I am in the process of getting some for our... More

I can't get enough of this place when I am anywhere near Sacramento, this is a must do side trip for me and my family. Obvious that people come here for the large portions of melt in your mouth fish and chips, but explore the menu, everything we have tried, especially favourite is the calamari. All the food is fresh,... More

Best fried fish done quick. They give you plenty. The calamari is better than the best I have tried in fine restaurants. The fish and chips is perfectly cooked. Not greasy at all. So much fish when you order that the chips are an afterthought. Only bad thing is the location and seating. It is in a rough area and... More
