To find this place is very difficult! We had to call twice just to find out where it was however at the staff was patient and gave us directions for us to eat there. The staff was very welcoming, helpful, and when I look away to a sure that your mail was provided within a timely manner and checked on... More

Best Lobster Roll in the SF Bay Area. New location larger and noisier. Good selection of beers and fructose free sodas. Not cheap.

We went to the old location that we have visited a few times and found it gone so had to locate their new place. I think this location in a shopping center has easier and more parking than the old location and the food was still just as good in a casual setting. Inside, everyone sits at picnic tables with... Despite moving its location across town their Lobster Bisque is still the best. It's been slightly watered down and no longer has a generous portion of lobster on top, but still is better than other restaurants. They've added BBQ to the menu and those items are really good. The prices have recently gone up and I'd now rate it expensive.

Noisy, not friendly, but featuring a decent lobster roll. We will not go back anytime soon. At least, there was no crowd!

They moved to this new location. Menu seems more elaborate than before. We had lobster roll, Louis salad, fish & chips and crab rolls. They have several draft beers. We tried two both are good. The New England chowder is very good for about $8. Lobster roll is smaller than before. You get a number after ordering and they give... More

The Old Port Lobster Shack, formerly located on Veterans Blvd. has moved to co locate with the BBQ place at Woodside Plaza. You can get fish and chips, lobster roll or ribs. The place is bustling, casual and popular.

It's rare to have a restaurant serving lobster in this area (no Red Lobster within half and hour) so this was a welcome addition, although always overpriced for everything on the menu, not just the lobster. Now the owner was caught embezzling and I thought it would fold, but instead it moved across town and combined with a BBQ place!... More
