As an out of towner, I'm also a little skeptical when someone says "oh, this is the best restaurant EVER" about one of their local dineries. Truly the food was special and memorable. A very comfortable and upbeat atmosphere. Ask for a booth, and your...More

Decent option for a business dinner when in Sacramento. Food nice, ambience god and service very friendly. Not the cheapest place in town I'm sure.

First time back after about 6 months and Biba continues to excel. We went for lunch this time and enjoyed a fresh beet sale and of course pasta! Both were well prepared. Service is predictable and efficient. A treat to see Biba briefly after lunch.

The restaurant had a delightful ambiance. Our waiter was very friendly, timely and attentive. We all enjoyed the wonderful food with a glass of wine. Bravo Biba Bravo!

Lasagne unlike anything you have ever tasted before. The real deal. Multiple (10-12) layers of homemade pasta, includes a bechamel sauce, not something you could throw together in your kitchen at home! Only available on Thursdays and Fridays.

Meal was horrible and when we said something about it, the server took offense and it was even faster downhill from there. We will never go back and tell our friends the same. No management came over to ask us about it.
