I don't care what El Torito you go to the food is always cold, and even if you tell them and they take it back it still comes out cold. The plates are slamming hot, but not the food! It really is a shame because I think the food is really good there.

While in town on business and staying at a local hotel, we decided to walk to El Torito. The restaurant is located in an area that borders on a less than desirable area. Upon arrival, we opted to sit in the bar and order from the Happy Hour menu. The bar area is pretty big and had a lot of... More

Good fort he san Bernardino/Colton area. There are better Mexican places but you might not like the crime areas? If your staying in the san Bernardino its a must. Outdoor eating patio, nice bar. 4 stars

Food was ok, not great. Service was better than average. Prices are pretty much typical for a chain restaurant. All in all not bad. Would go again when we are in the area.

Always a great place to eat, good food, quick service and the best chile relleno that I have ever eaten. The corn dish is lovely and worth the trip for some good food.

Went for happy hour. There were about 3 other tables with people. Took about 10 minutes to be waited on. The Margs were ok. We ordered the skewers. The chicken wasn't too bad, she shrimp over cooked. The beef was so tough I spit it out after chewing the hell out of it. The server never came back. It took... More

Recently.. went to the buy one get one lunch special, big mistake! Gross chips, watery beans, crunchy hard rice! Half done enchiladas.. I was told that's how they prepare food. Asked for a manager, even bigger mistake...manager told my Co-worker and I that we always come and complain, we never go often she had us confused. She judged us off... More

Chicken was tough and chewy. And chips tasted stale. But rest was good. Service was great. Rest of food was good. In my opinion for quality of food. It is over priced. But was by hotel so convenient.

For about $13 you get a nice lunch buffet. Soup, salad, fruit, fresh made tacos, enchiladas, beans, rice, and dessert. At 11:30 it wasn't crowded. Food was fresh and warm. Tasty meat options-pork, beef and chicken. The salsa had a nice flavor and heat. Restroom could have used a good wiped own of the walls and doors. Overall a good... More
