It's off the beaten path and a very unassuming place, but if you want a nice slice of thin crust, NY style, this no-frills restaurant delivers. Literally. My boys like the simple stuff, pepperoni or cheese, but they do a decent garlic chicken, Itanian Meatza, etc.

Wow! When I read the other reviews on Bibo's I was looking forward to some great pizza. The slices are large, but the crust and sauce are just average. The cheese wasn't anything special and the sausage topping was shredded and tasteless (strange!). The result was nothing extraordinary and undeserving of the accolades in the other reviews.

I moved from NY out to the Bay Area two years ago and have always been looking for pizza at least comparable to my home and I had my top two places until I moved to San Jose and found Bibos NY pizza. This place moved to my number one spot for two reasons: the true NY style thin crust... More

Generous-sized pizza pies, but Bibo's makes them in one size only. Still, it's our go-to place for pizza in San Jose, because it's most like the NYC pizza we remember growing up with.

I've never been a fan of plain old cheese pizza until I tried the one from Bibo. Now when I crave pizza, I want nothing else!! How can plain cheese pizza taste so good?! I've tried other slices here as well, and all are pretty good (made-to-order by adding the toppings to a slice of cheese pizza and warmed in... More

This is the BEST NY Pizza you can find in San Jose! The prices are unbeatable, and the quality is awesome. You can tell that all their ingredients are fresh. They have a formula to serving pizza by the slice that is unbeatable: they only half bake a cheese pizza, once you order your toppings, they add them on fresh... More

Love it here! The New York-style thin crust is absolutely perfect and sauce is delicious. Slices are customizable and service is great.

We went to Bibo's last night (first time), right before closing time, and ordered a pizza (small place - take out only). There is only one size of pizza pie: huge. :-) We sat and watched as the owner, a very nice man originally from NY, made our pizza. Very thin dough, lots of ingredients. While we sat there and chatted... More

Great to be able to walk to a neighbhood pizza joint, watch someone toss doug, and get a decent slice for a couple of bucks. Ask for crispy and you'll get it. Nice people, nice product.
