This is a locals' favorite spot. Nice space and the coffee made fresh by baristas that know their craft. Food options are so so--the almond croissant was delicious and the freshly squeezed OJ hit the spot. A bit pricey though.

The Caffe has clearly been a favorite of performers in the nearby California Theater. It's a bit of a cultural oasis in downtown San Jose. Latte's are served with a flair, some great looking pastry as well.

Walk in here every evening and get your lame work done while the locals perform.. Resist the beer and walk out for food.. that's what everybody does.. Good value for time and money.. don't forget to tip handsomely.. Have fun
