Great place to stop before or after visiting the old mission and state park. Lovely staff with vintage bar to be seated. Have a coffee and relax.

Stopped by for coffee with my wife. We wound up odering pancakes, scrambled eggs & sausage. The food was cooked perfectly and the service was excellent!! Nice little place with the 50's theme. Clean restaurant! If in town again I will definitely go there again. I recommend it for you too!

When you want breakfast and you are in San Juan Bautista, this is a great stop, fresh avocado, and great service.

Friendly service and a great breakfast awaits you here. Big portions too. Hash browns were perfect. Lots of thick pieces of hams on the eggs Benedict and the hollandaise sauce was tasty.

I saw some people in the kitchen, but I don't think what they were doing could be called cooking. Poor quality, not flavorful.

You know when you want to order a breakfast that makes you feel like you're still snuggled deep inside the most comfortable comforter and you want it to be decadent without being greasy, familiar without being boring? This is your place. Bring an extra stomach, because the servings are huge.

The menu is made up of standard diner fare. The lunch options are plentiful, and the portions are generous. The booths are pretty small, though, so seating can be a bit of a squeeze. Good, quick service. It was very convenient eating here after our visit to the Mission.

We stopped in about 1:30 for lunch (they close at 2 pm) so it wasn’t too crowded but there were other customers. We split a tri-tip sandwich and fries which they graciously plated separately without being asked. The sandwich had a lot of meat on it and ½ a sandwich was quite filling. The waitress was very nice. It’s just... More

Great staff, good service. We love the small town atmosphere of San Juan Bautista, the Mission and the quirky spots in town.

This is the real deal, an American diner. The decor is classic 1950s: red and white checkerboard linoleum floor, red vinyl barstools and booths, ceiling fans - the whole deal is genuine. So is the menu, the service and the prices. Took me back a ways very pleasantly.
