Loved this SLO cafe for the delicious coffee and breakfast options before heading out of town. It is a large space with a rustic vibe and cozy fireplace. The staff were really friendly taking our orders. They have an extensive breakfast menu and the portions of everything were very generous - enormous, really. I could only eat 1/3 of my... More

The food at Sally Loos's is really really delicious - I'd say the best way to tackle this place is to go early and not to expect your food in a timely manner. Grab your drink and pastry, order your meal, bring a book and wait for your food. Just have to expect to wait! But it's worth it if... More

This is the Quintessential California Coffee shop. Delicious food, fun workers and a pleasant environment. Located near railroad square it's a local's favorite. Oh and the coffee is fresh and good too.

Sally Lou's is a laid back funky breakfast restaurant with a nice variety of meals. I've had the acai bowl twice. An acai bowl is basically a really thick smoothie that's been topped with oatmeal and fruit and then you wolf it down with a spoon.

I visited here on my last trip to the central coast and couldn't wait to return. Fun atmosphere, delicious food, friendly staff. This is not fast food. Plan to take your time and enjoy your food and time here.

Charming little cafe' with lots of organic and vegetarian choices. Try their Vegetarian Burrito. Terrific dark roasted coffee, homemade scones and bakery choices. Outdoor tables just right for sitting with your dog for a little nosh. Super friendly staff and quick service too.

We stopped in here for a quick breakfast and were impressed with the variety of bowls offered. I had the San Luis Obisbowl, made of Acai smoothie topped with coconut, granola, and fresh fruit. There was no wait and help staff were very friendly.

A friend of mine suggested this place last year and I have been back several times. The breakfast items have a unique twist and the food is very fresh. My favorite is the San Luis Bagel. Next to the train station; after eating you can have a nice stroll through the railroad historic district down to the Railroad Museum.
