Had few choices on Thanksgiving passing thru SLO so decided to stop in. They served up a very tasty steak, delicious nachos, and apple pie for dessert. Service was friendly and prompt. Made for a great meal!

Visited here for dinner during the soft opening for the new A-town location. Perhaps we need to try the breakfast menu before making a firm decision, since A-town desperately needs some restaurant options! On this visit, we chose to reduce the wait and have dinner at the bar. The bar staff is entertaining, but I couldn't figure out their process.... More

Great service, place was very busy. Service was friendly and excellent. Have been travelling in the states for three weeks, probably the best meal and cheapest beer I have had, value for money. Great atmosphere...... Would recommend to anyone that visits Santa Luis Obispo....

Ordered cold beers, delicious bacon wrapped jalapenos and tasty potato skins! came early evening for New Years Eve as we bar hopped! Definitely love coming here whenever we're visiting downtown SLO! Great friendly vibe here! "Josh" the bartender, is such a great friendly guy who is always greeting everyone with a smile. He is very helpful with info about the... More

Just ate outside on the curb for the street scene and the Marstons line was not the longest of the three or four BBQ trailers, but these guys were making good Q. The wood pit fire was the right idea, and the corn on the cob made a great side - huge and juicy. We ate the baby back ribs... More

I was having a great time dancing listening to good music. It became very stuffy so we walked to the back to get fresh air. As we walked back in 5 huge guys bombarded us accusing us of sneaking in. Then proceded to kick us out and not allow us back into the bat after we walked all the way... More

We stopped by SLO for lunch on a recent trip and lucked into Marston's! It was one of the highlights of our mini-vacation!! Marston's is sports bar themed with a great menu, super nice service, and great food (better than what most think of as bar food) with a varied but not confusing menu. It's also situated in the middle... More

Taco Tuesday and the specials are terrific. The big problem is I want to eat more and there is no more tummy space! The flavors on their tacos make for wonderful eats and a beer and well it is a joy to be down town with an open restaurant and people strolling in and out and good service and great... More

My daughter and I were shopping and she was in the mood for bar and grill type food. So we found Marston's in downtown SLO. The menu at the doorway had exactly what we were looking for. We walked in, no one greeted us... After standing awkwardly for a few minutes, we sat down at a table. After sitting for... More
