Pinky's was a San Rafael institution for many years. Sports teams, birthday parties and reunions of friends were all staples of this Montecito Shopping Center pizza place. Unfortunately, there is now a Chipotle where Pinky's once stood.

The food was fantastic. Even my my neighbors' food looked great. The bartender sat at a bar stool, texting and was bothered when anyone wanted a beer or to order. The food is still worth the abuse.

We have been going to Pinky's for years. My husband grew up going to the one in Petaluma. It is really good pizza and the garlic bread is to die for. Casual and comfortable environment good family place.
