Such a great tucked away atmosphere but the best surprise is the wonderful food! I had the Cuban sandwich - grilled to perfection with the perfect combination of flavors! Highly recommend stopping in for the tasty food with friendly service. Can't wait to return!

Had to do a little review of this place, as it's where I met my Lady on our first date! We planned to tour an exhibition of Italian Renaissance Masters at the Museum, and met at the Café for a little bite before entering the Museum. It turned out to be a great place for conversation and a little refreshment;... More

I had a 30-minute time limit for a lunch meeting and these folks really came through. Eight of us rushed in with no prior notice, all hungry. The staff hustled, got the drinks out right away, took our orders, and served us in time to conduct our meeting so I could make my next appointment on time. They were so... More

Stopped for coffee and a cookie before visiting the courthouse around the corner. Fantastic coffee which the owner sources from a family plantation in Ecuador and probably the best coffee we have ever tasted. Friendly service in a lovely atmosphere with chef and home baking. Wish we had been is Santa Barbara longer so that've could have eaten lunch here... More

Following a visit to the art gallery, we sort of fell into it thinking it was the shop which is adjacent. You can access directly from the gallery or from State Street. We were quickly seated and drinks ordered whilst we perused the boards, it was towards the end of lunchtime and some items had sold out. I had the... More

The Museum of Art and it's integral cafe are in a prime location downtown. The cafe can be entered from the street without going through the museum, if you wish. We had visited a year earlier and had been impressed, and were not disappointed this time either. Service was good, and friendly. Food was delicious and nicely presented. Our total... More

The menu choices looked enticing but the garam masala chicken was a tough undressed breast with 2 small dollops of dressing and a tiny bit of veggies. For $15. Realized the management must have changed. Don't bother going here. Lots of great choices nearby.

Typical of most museums, this restaurant is excellent. The wait staff are pleasant, provide good service, and the food is creative and delicious. The prices are quite reasonable and the atmosphere is quiet and lends itself to conversation.

Excellent restaurant, very creative cuisine, however only open for lunch, it's a little hard to find since you need to enter the Museum to locate it....

Thank Jules B
