Just of the cruise ship and it's a hot day. Stopped in for a pint. Great proper pour, great Irish Pub feel. Do stop in for a pint. Recommended.

A quick beer and wine stop during an overnight stop in SB. Great Atmospheric bar with great range of Whiskys, Bourbons and more.

James Joyce is a classic Santa Barbara institution. Great Irish Pub on the main drag in town. Music on some nights. Stop in for a pint in the afternoon on a weekend.

Sat. night jazz (much Dixieland) here is a blessing for SB. Always great vibes, dancing for young and old(er). Performers are very entertaining old-school musician pros. You can count on mellow, friendly crowds of 21-plus, all the way up.

It was the Old Spanish Days Festival in Santa Barbara and a Friday night so the city centre was buzzing. Humid too so a beer was required to soothe the brow. Given my professed dislike for raucosity and tanked up frivolity this probably wasn't the place. Couldn't see the point of employing bouncers (a pet hate) on the doors and... More

We popped in here for a quick drink to escape the heat of a summer day. We drank some nice Guinness and the female bar tender helped us sign on to the Wifi. Later, we decided to ask the male bar tender for some advice about the Dodgers game we were attending the following day. The man was so helpful,... More

Good live music and fun crowd typically light this place up. The place itself isn't too big so it can get pretty crowded at times but what bars don't in SB? The staff could be a little more pleasant...but overall I enjoy the place a lot more than most bars downtown

Very popular place and on the night we visited there was an excellent jazz/blues band playing. Worth a visit.

Karaoke, yes..dancing and fun, yes, the staff and prices are outrageous. Bar crowd gets very rowdy and staff were super rude. Wouldn't recommend at all.
