The food is fresh, organic, and great tasting! The portions are far beyond what you pay, as well! It is well worth a visit!! So much food we couldn't finish but it's impossible to stop eating!

We had dinner here looking for some mexican food and a burger. The menu had everything we wanted except that it was all vegetarian. We stuck with it though and the food was actually good. The staff was really nice and attentive. If youre a vegetarian or vegan this must be heaven. If youre not, it's a fun experience, but... More

I'm a veggie, and sometimes, all I want to eat is a junk-food meal that hits all the right notes. The Saturn cafe serves up some incredible meals. 100% would eat there again.

I came here with my vegetarian boyfriend and three of our friends who are meat eaters. I am so pleased to say that the food exceeded expectations of not only my boyfriend and I who don't eat meat, but also our friends who expected it to only be salads. There were burgers, cheese fries, and taquitos just to name a... More

This is a gem of a place in downtown Santa Cruz. You can walk from the boardwalk, but it'd be a hike. The place is not a vegetarian restaurant, but it might as well be, as vegans can have an entree, shake, and dessert and stay vegan! The waitstaff are friendly and cool, and the food is delicious. It's diner... More

Loved this cute little cafe. It's decorated in diner style and is in a nice venue on a corner lot. The food is veggie but they are heavy on the meat substitute options. I don't know if this is typical in USA but it's not in the veggie eating spots of Brighton. I'm not vegetarian so didn't bother me -just... More

Vegetarian/Vegan guilty-pleasure diner food with a mostly breakfast style/burger offering. The home cooking style is yummy, crunchy and rich. If you're looking for ultra healthy, choose wisely or elsewhere go.

My partner and I ordered from there a few times when we visited SC because they had vegetarian friendly options. Then we actually went to have lunch there and all the staff was hip, friendly and welcoming. Overall a great experience!

We stumbled across this vegetarian cafe on the edge of the Santa Cruz downtown area, and were very happy with he discovery. All the staff were very friendly, and this was our first proper burger and fries since arriving in California - it set a very high bar! The cafe is fully vegetarian, with plenty of vegan options. The food... More

I have now dinged here the times. I have enjoyed the black bean burger. My boyfriend had loved the dried stuff: corn dogs and chicken fingers. Fun interior--like Happy Days meets space race. I especially appreciate kombucha being on the menu. It is my impression those in charge of Saturn Cafe, invest a lot of love into their business
