Good ice cream, friendly service. Clean, centrally located. Server was very efficient and training while we were there, nice to see the manager taking his time doing training to ensure all was perfect, downside no restroom, kinda strange for a Cold Stone. Less cleaning I guess....

A convenient place to stop when you are ready to get dessert. We stopped here one evening and ate outside. The people watching on Pacific Avenue is great and so is the ice cream. Cons: You won't find any low-cal items on the menu.

I really don't get the attraction to Cold Stone. It's always less than ideal (and I've given it many second chances). The prices are astronomical, the portions are skimp. Who serves just one scoop with a giant waffle cone? I know they can do better but my daughter likes this place. After walking another 2 blocks we saw another ice... More

It's Cold Stone. And it's ice cream. It'd take a lot to screw that up. Always tasty, whether you just want a scoop or two, or some other creation of theirs.

I love Cold Stone Ice Cream, it really is the best. This branch however served up the meanest amount of ice cream and ingredients we have ever had at any of its facilities. Even with the server going back to the tray for another scoop, the ice cream barely reached the rim of the cup. Didn't leave a tip so... More

A sure stop on the trip. Love the icecream. Not good for the healthy lifestyle, but excellent for mental health :-)

Cold Stone has really good ice cream, but it takes time to make a flavor and they never seem to have enough help. When I went in on a Saturday afternoon there was only one person working the whole place. They need to do the service part better.

It is an ice cream shop and it has excellent ice cream. The price is right and the workers are friendly.

Not familiar with Cold Stone Creamery we called in one evening for hot churros and ice cream. As we waited for it to be made we were treated to the singing when they get a tip and watched others ice cream with their choice of additions being worked on the cold stones. Very good ice cream.

We have ordered ice cream cakes from cold stone creamery for three or four birthdays. The quality and taste is the best ice cream I've ever had. I went in person to collect the cakes, and the atmosphere is good and the servers are nice. Tried two scoops of mint ice cream in a cone before and absolutely loved it.
