If you want apple (or rhubarb or berry) pie, this is your spot. However, don't expect any of the pie bakeries in Julian to use Julian apples. They don't. Depending on the time of year, they come from almost anywhere else. Pies we sampled at Julian Pie Company had sort of mushy apples (long stored or frozen), but among the... More

The caption says it all. We went to this second location rather than the other in the center of town. This location is less crowded and more convenient re: parking.

My husband's plan was to stop in Julian at the Julian Pie Company on our way back from our dessert hike. Problem? On a Saturday there was absolutely no parking to be found, and in fact, it took us some time just to crawl through the main street of Julian due to the excessive traffic. The whole main street was... We ate at the Julian Pie Company and glad we did. My wife had a piece of the regular apple pie and I had the Dutch apple pie. Both were really, really good!

The pies are delicious with a wide selection but the best part is its not in town so the crowd and parking situation is much better

We have been stopping at JPC for years on our motorcycle rides to Julian. Originally in Julian itself (turn left not right when entering town) but more recently stop here at Izabel. Great pie. The whole pie fits nicely in my top case on my bike. Note that if you want a whole pie of something apart from the usual... More

If you are going to stop in for a piece of pie or one of their delicious items, Go Early! They stop making food in the early afternoon. I guess they want to sell everything in the store by closing. Sometimes they close before the posted time. I made a phone order and arrived 90 min before closing and they... More

Need a break, this is where to stop in for a cup of coffee and a cookie or a slice of pie. The aroma hits you before you even open the door. Once you go inside it all you can think about, delicious apple pie. The service is fast and friendly. The coffee sign is a bit hidden, but you... More

This is one of our favorite places to stop for a slice of pie and coffee when we are out motorcycling in this area. There is a big selection of pies and you can get it with ice cream too. The pies are delicious! Always a good treat and value.

Thank Michael M
