My sisters took me there for my birthday. The food was amazing, but most of all the service is incredible.

Had a business dinner here. Had the chef tasting. It was incredible. Literally might have been the best meal I've ever had. We all got the wine pairings too, and I'm not usually a wine fan, but that made it even better. Service is incredible. It was great. He recommended. But be prepared to part with a ton of money...but... More

Always quality food, and full bar, this has been a favorite in Silicon Valley. But call for reservations before going as the crowd is unpredictable as the restaurant is often rented out to private parties.

It's a fancy restaurant, and the food is quite good. It has a big bar too. But the prices are expensive, I think the food doesn't meet the price level.

This was not our first visit but we were, as ever, delighted with the meal. We had the tasting menu which was delicious, along with a fantastic selection of wine pairings! The waiting staff were charming as always and made us feel very welcome. We will definitely be going again!

Last night was the first of what is likely to be many visits to the Plumed Horse. What a find! The building itself has rich history, having been a horse stable over a century ago - a couple of the original windows still remain. 10 years ago the owner built out what is now an elegant restaurant with impeccable service,... I've eaten at Michelin starred destinations before - Gary Danko, Chateau Eza in the Riviera, Manressa, etc. I can truthfully say that my experience at the Plumed Horse a few days ago topped my earlier experiences. Joseph the sommelier played a key role. He took the time to suggest an exquisite pairing with our butter poached halibut - a Napa... More

My husband and I were here for our 20th Wedding Anniversary. Though the main dining hall was a bit noisy, getting to see what everyone else was ordering was fun. And who didn't enjoy looking to the all glass wine cellar that with glass floors. Amazing food, wine pairings, and Manny and his brother were incredibly nice and hospitable. A... More

The Private Dining Room at the restaurant is away from the other diners so you don't worry about disturbing other tables. We had the tasting menu with paired wines; both the food and the paired wines were fantastic. The fava been and leaf gazpacho was a particular favorite while the 2011 Giuseppe Nada "Casot" from Barbaresco was my favorite wine... More

I went her for the vegetarian tasting menus. Most Michelin restaurants are very meat heavy and don't really know how to make vegetarian adaptations. Only the rice cake was not good. It tasted like burned rice, not something I haven't done by accident in my own kitchen.
