We took relatives from Hawaii to Walt's Wharf for lunch recently and the food was great! Their specialty appetizer, roasted artichoke was delicious and was enjoyed by all.

Went there for a family lunch. Specialty is sea food. The fish sandwiches were just ok, but the fish entrees were very good, particularly the crab cakes. Good beer selection.

Visiting friends in Long Beach we decided to have dinner here. It was a Tuesday night so we decided not to get reservations. It was quite crowded and were glad they were able to accomodate us so quickly. Very friendly wait staff. Our waitress was very good and came by often to be sure we were ok, needed anything, or... Was scanning the menu not really sure if there was anything I was interested in and low and behold near the end of it was the item "Red Seafood Curry". Well never having anything like that I had to try it. I was not disappointed the plate was awesome. Also had their NE clam chowder and it was awesome too.

Always a favorite in our backyard. The very best clam chowder in the world! Crab cakes are also excellent. Quaint 2 story place that is cozy and feels neighborhood-ish but is very popular. They will take your name and cell number then text you when your table is ready. A short walk to the Seal Beach Pier which is a... More

Day trip to pick up a car part at Original Parts and decided to walk around town. Felt like seafood so we checked TA for recommendation. We had oysters that were fresh and delicious. The smoked salmon sandwich was unique and tasty. The clam chowder had a decent amount of clams and the fish and chips were hot and crispy... More

Walt's Wharf has long been an icon in Seal Beach, and for good reason - you can't beat the quality of the food. Walt's has managed to make a high end restaurant (it's not inexpensive) feel cozy and welcoming, almost like you're having a casual dinner at a good friend's house. The staff is friendly and attentive without being imposing.... More

Smoke trout salad and wood fire artichoke are two of my favorites. Been there three times. Always order the artichoke for appetizer. Unfortunately they discontinued the smoke trout salad :(
