This place is great! Food is excellent and the proprietors are hard working friendly people. The staff is good too! I highly recommend Jim's for lunch, dinner, or take out anytime.

This place is old, small, and cramped. The place was packed for dinner when we arrived, but we were able to be seated in less than 30 minutes. LOTS of locals come here for take out. We tried two other times to eat here, but they would close at odd times on days when they are supposed to be open,... More

Don't be put off by the miniscule size or unpretentiousness of Jim's. There are 6 or 8 tables. There's a large pictorial menu on the wall as well as a conventional printed menu. The food is fantastic and economical. The dishes are varied with at least 150 selections. The servings are humungous and delicious. Every Chinese dish imaginable is there... More
This hole in the wall is a hidden gem. Very good food and the prices are great. The place is small so make sure you plan ahead

Each dish was made fresh when ordered. Only a dozen seats, so the takeout trade s brisk. For authentic congee [jook], try the duck jook with freshly grated & sliced ginger. Ample portions, so bring your appetite and friends.
We discovered Jim's quite by accident and were pleased with the food and service both. It's a small restaurant with seating for maybe 20 people, but the food was excellent and came quickly after ordering. Looks like they do a pretty good take-out business as well. The place was full the entire time we were there and seems to be... More
