The food is very good but you have to wait on yourself. The seating is very uncomfortable. Every food item is way overpriced for this location and comparison to other restaurants that are actually located around the Plaza. This one is down a side street and hard to park near by unless you get lucky.

A new tapas restaurant will be opening in this location soon, but Epicurean is no more. I will miss the amazing grilled cheese sandwiches with Sheana Davis' homemade delice de vallee cheese - showcased on the Food Network.

Only had a latte here and it was a nice visit. A few locals were sitting telling fish stories, and it was pleasant. They have outside seating as well and I would go back and eat there.

When I walked into Epicurean Connection I felt at home. Relaxed, safe from the respite of the dive bars of Sonoma, and filled with good food, good music and good friends. The owner and chef, Sheana Davis, is there often. You can taste and buy her cheeses and "epicurean" delights with her guidance. They also stock high quality cheeses, beer/wine,... More

Dropped in midday with another couple during a day of wine tasting. Sheana, the owner, is delightful and knows her food. We had really great artisanal grilled cheese, mac and cheese and salads. Sheana came to ask how our food was and we started asking questions, about suppliers and so forth, which she was most happy to answer. She also... More

Simple straightforward menu with fresh ingredients. The home made cheeses were delightful but the combinations of flavors left me a bit wanting. Nothing exceptional and the atmosphere was comfortable but again nothing making me want to return. After a couple tries, am feeling there are a few too many other options in the area to warrant a return.

Walking around Sonoma plaza and we saw this place from across the street. The outside decor looked interesting. The front door was open and I am sure it was saying my name.. Gerald,, Gerald come in! Anyway, we decided to cross the street and walk in the place. Surprise, very attractive well decorated place. They sell cheese, wine & beer.... More

I stumbled into the Epicurean Connection and was greeted with a warm smile from the chef. Incredible lunch: Brie grilled cheese with orange blossom marmalade and a gorgeous field greens salad with flower petals. The food was incredible in a relaxing environment. Highly recommend!

My friends and I walked in after seeing the Epicurean Connection on a tour. We met the cheese maker and her homemade cheeses were to die for. Priyanka gave us a wine suggestion and cheeses to compliment that wine and we were blown away! Wonderful accoustic music to go along the great experience!
