Great for appetizer and happy hour. Sit at the bar if possible. Get there early if it's concert season downtown. Like the drinks and staff. Apps are good.

We usually have a great dinner and attend a lecture. The food is fresh, the bar is good and the service is really fine. They are fast, and know how to work when there is a program going on so as not to interrupt the guests.
We've eaten hear on numerous occasions and have never had a meal that was less than excellent. Service is great, too. Holiday prix fixe meals are a special treat and, although the restaurant can be crowded, you never feel pressed by the crowd and there is never a slack in the attentive service.
I visited on a Monday night for dinner. It has been a while since my last visit. I was seated and greeted promptly. I don't remember seeing the octopus on the appetizer menu in previous visits so I tried that. It was excellent. They have a limited menu of options without mashed potatoes so I opted for the halibut special... More
I showed up for an early dinner after traveling from the east coast. I was offered the early bird special which I was on the verge of getting because you have salad and dessert included for somewhere around $20 which was great (and discounted drinks!). I opted for the stuffed chicken breast and it was AMAZING! I couldn't stop eating,... More
We waited almost an hour to receive our entrees, which tasted very good but not excellent. The waitperson did not seem sufficiently attentive to keep us informed of the progress, but the other wait staff seemed very nice and attentive (serving water, etc.)
We wanted to thank my sister and her boyfriend for watching our dogs while we were away on vacation. So this is the perfect restaurant. We went about 4:40 p.m. on a Thursday afternoon and started in the bar for their 50% off Happy Hour. We had two hors d' oeuvres: Bake Brie in Phyllo dough and the coconut shrimp... More
Came on a weeknight during a business trip. Was seated quickly, and the service was prompt. The spinach salad was probably the best I've ever had (the mix was exactly what I like), and I had the salmon for my entrée, which was also very good. Overall, there's no complaints I can make and would definitely return.
