This is part of the Shalimar chain. Though the Food is good but this place is very crowded and not so clean. The One in Freemont is much better.

Had visited this place with my friends while visiting US and wouldn't be a place to visit twice. We had ordered roti with chicken curry and paneer masala. Both were very average tasting.
Had an early dinner here recently. My dinner comprised of "saag-gosht" (i.e. lamb curry prepared with grounded spinach) and "roti's". The curry was excellent; freshly prepared and so were the 'roti's". I have never seen such a huge "roti" in my life.

Delicious Goat Karahi and Chicken Leg Tandoor...Sufficient quantity; fast service; but stick to only the above items if you want to leave the restaurant with a feel good factor!!!
Have been patronizing Shalimar Restaurant for several years. My favorite items, which I like the most, is Garlic Naan - naan bread stuffed with garlic paste & pieces, in combination with kababs such as chicken, mutton or beef sheekh kabab. Also, like the Sindhi Biriyani....More
