This nearly invisible restaurant in the middle of Torrance was introduced to me by my son, who I met for dinner there. Didn't look like much from the exterior, but the inside ambience is warm and charming, very pleasant old-worldish décor. My son told me that the place was known for it's prime rib, so I chose the Franciscan cut... More

We came here after friends spoke highly of this hidden Torrance gem. As decades long residents of the South Bay we've passed this eatery hundreds of times without a thought until a Wednesday afternoon we planned our adventure. The parking is located in back entering from Sepulveda eastbound. Once in the ample parking lot, a back door is located under... More

Once again this restaurant met our expectations. We always try and sit in the bar area. The old time ambiance makes the place. The salad was fresh, the filet mignon was cooked to perfection and our waitress Jennifer was wonderful.

Had a dinner with a good friend. 👫 Our waitress Jojo was awesome. Then we moved to the bar area for some karaoke. We sat down at a booth & the cocktail waitress, Jennifer, was extremely rude. She refused to clean the table, even after requesting it. We noticed her sitting at the bar, on her phone, while she was... More

My dad loves this place, the food is pretty decent and the bread is the first thing that I think of when someone asks about it. It's interior is a bit dingy and dark-like a 1970's throw back with the cast included. One side is a bar-like setting with locals that must have been coming since it opened and the... More

Best prime rib in town and has been since the 60's. My favorite is the Rib Eye for dinner and the prime rib sandwich for lunch. Will be there again for Valentines day, we love it!
