True old fashioned good food and hospitality. The restaurant is decorated in a fun way with historical as well as fun American pieces. Our six year old loved the little train the circles around the inner roof. Food was delicious, plentiful and cheap. Wine was super cheap and pleasant. The apple pie with ice cream was to die for, thankfully,... More

Vast interesting menu. Usual American food all very good. We had french toast, breakfast sandwich and eggs incognito which are scrambled eggs with great chili and cheese over. Served with potatoes and toast, biscuit or muffin. Wonderful.

After a half marathon race I went here with several friends. We ordered burgers and salads, both were fantastic: fresh, grilled to perfection, large portions. The atmosphere is kitschy, with older decor from a by-gone era. The waitress was attentive. For dessert I ordered the apple dumpling with apple ice cream. The ice cream was delish but the dumpling itself... More

I stayed the night in Tulare on the way to visit family in northern California and had breakfast at Apple Annie's before getting back on the road. I received a friendly greeting and was promptly seated. The other guests seemed to be a mix of travelers and locals. I had sausage and eggs with hash browns which was very good.... More

I was in the area for an evening and was directed to this restaurant by a hotel employee. I am so glad I took their advice. The food was fantastic. I went back for breakfast the following morning. If I'm in the area again I will definitely drop in.

This is as walking distance from hotel and had good ratings- I had liver (which I love!) and husband had chicken piccata. Good portions and great service. Cream of potato soup was very yummy. Too full for dessert and would go again.
