I been coming here for about 8 years, never had any issues or bad food. They just went thru a renovation, and it looks great. It can be slow at times, but iv been to other IHOP'S were im literally invisible.

The pancakes and other food were good and hot, but after ordering the food took a long time to arrive as did the re-orders on the all-you-can-eat (or all-you-can-wait-for) pancakes. The server was friendly. Don't go if you are in a hurry.
It seems that every single time my family and I come out here, we always get cold food. The meal doesn't come out all at once as it should. It take about 10 minutes to get the rest of our meal, by then the portion...More
It was a busy Saturday morning at the Tulare IHOP. The staff was nice, attentive, and my order arrived in a timely fashion. I had a combo breakfast, eggs, hash browns, crepes, and all was delicious. Definitely recommended!

Ordered a grilled chicken cobb salad,It was very good.A little expensive for a salad and Ice tea at $13 something but over all was good...The only down fall was they didnt have vinegar and oil for my salad...

The weekends seem to bring everyone to this place. A bit of a wait for table, but the breakfast and coffee is worth the wait.
