Chef Michael is a gourmet food problem solver. He will amend or fix whatever you want. It will be simply delicious. And if it's an off night, try their special pizza. While not advertised, it's excellent.

My wife had Chicken Parmigiana, she really cared for it, wasn't smothered in a red sauce. I had scallops, five large raped in prosciutto, with mushroom risotto. Both meals were excellent. We will be returning soon.

Toscanas recently catered our chamber mixer, they had an ahi tower tha was delicious, they have something similar on their menu. If you haven't been lately your missing a truly divine dining experience.
