I usually come here with my family whenever we are in the mood for Vietnamese noodles and so far, we have not preferred any other Pho restaurant. The noodle soup here usually have the right amount of taste. Not too strong not too weak. Definitely would recommend to anyone who is craving some noodles.

If you just want to warm up your belly and craving for some vietnamese soup, then come to pho lee hoa. Nothing extraordinary. enough to just fill your belly and have the feelings of warmth in your body. I keep coming back because this is the only vietnamese food that is close enough from my resident and my taste.

I have eaten at so many vietnamese restaurants but this one is not that great. I thought the prices were too high for the quality.

It was interesting, I wasn't feeling so hot but I wanted one of the soups to go. I always mess up my order cause I forget the differences between the meats lol. I ordered one soup and got half a dozen containers and everything was separate! Ok it was my first time ordering this to go and I did not... More

So good! Happy to have found this spot. My husband and I lived in the Mira Mesa area of San Diego where there area a lot of wonderful Vietnamese restaurants. We happened upon this place while in the area, and glad we stopped. The food was great, service was great, portions generous. We will be back!

I've been coming here since 2012 on a regular basis - at least monthly. Service is quick, friendly and efficient even when they are super busy, which is often! I've tried several dishes and so has my husband. I have my favorite (19B) but there hasn't been anything I didn't enjoy. I recommend trying the spring rolls too (A3) with... More

traveling a lot allows for adventures in eating and I just found a really good Pho restaurant in Vacaville! Right off Mason St tucked away in a corner is this yummy soup. Shrimp, fresh begs and herbs made it so good and aromatic! I'll be back!

I had lunch at this restaurant last week and ordered the #38 combo rice plate which consists a grilled pork chop, 2 fried chicken pieces, 2 egg rolls, lettuce, rice, and bowl of soup all for only $8.00! The food was tasty and my plate was overflowing that I could not finish it all....ended up taking the leftovers for the... More

Service here was really slow. The pho was not bad but would've been better had the broth been more robust. There are definitely cheaper and better Vietnamese noodle shops out there. Our bill averaged out to around $9 per person.

I usually swing by this place for a quick dinner on trips to Sacramento. The food is always consistently good and price is reasonable. Had the seafood Pho and fried chicken this time. the Pho was good and soup was tasty. They didn't skim on the seafood either. For example, I got 3 good size shrimps and I had a... More
