We love this place at the base of Beaver Creek Mountain. The room is casual with sports on TV non-stop. The service is fast and efficient. The menu has a good blend of southwestern dishes, tacos, chili and chips as well as burgers and sandwiches. The prices are moderate for the area. They have a nice patio that is nice... More

My wife and I had dinner while in Beaver Creek and the food was just so-so. Nothing to write home about for sure. Not overly expensive but you get what you pay for. The better restaurants can be found in the village just a few steps away.

We were surprised that this place wasn't as busy as some of the other restaurants on the lower level at Beaver Creek. We loved the Taqueria choices and on two visits we sampled the Carnitas, Barbacoa, Chorizo Con Papas, Pollo Con Espinacas and Rajas Con Maiz Y Crema. There was something for everybody to like! The service was sometimes a... More

Spent the day in Beaver Creek, had a nice tex-mex meal here. Sat on the patio, food was good, service was good, price not bad for a resort area. I would recommend.

Great to have lunch or a drink outside on the patio. Average food and prices. Great apres-ski place as well.

We dined outside. Good was good and service was prompt. Inside there was a huge television. It's a neat place! We had our four kids and they were melt-down status, but everyone was on with it.

We were staying at the Park Hyatt and they recommended Coyote Cafe. We enjoyed it so much that we went twice for lunch. The Tex-Mex flair adds a lot of flavor to the food. Hubby got enchiladas and I got a black bean salad. Both were very good with the right amount of kick. The portions were small for the... More

We stopped in here for a quick easy lunch. We had a friendly waitress who let us sit outside in a shady spot. The somewhat pricey menu portions are not large but we ordered chips, salsa and a cheese dip as an appetizer to supplement the meal. Everything was good. It just depends what you're in the mood for.

I ordered some take out from Coyote Café, queso and chili rellenos. The queso was spicy, which I really like, but it was made of ball park type "fake" cheese and a little gross. The chili relleno was good, lots of cheese, a little spicy which was nice. Overall, nothing that special and I probably wouldn't eat there again.

We came here around 800 on a Sunday night. We went to order two different things and were told they were out of both of them and some others. They said they had a busy couple of days. They were out of dinner untensils and napkins, did not offer chips and salsa had to ask. Tamales with pork green chili... More
