We went here on a Sunday morning. I had a Belgian waffle and coffee; my husband had an egg muffin and coffee. Both were simple, but good. I don't know that I would go out of my way to go here again, but it's not a bad place.

To be fair, I've only been in Mountain Mocha once, it was the worst coffee I've ever had. The service was adequate.

We found this small café while staying in Black Hawk - they make some great lattes and mochas and we were quite tired of the casinos. What a find - loved the Black Forest mocha - its excellent.

My husband and I were so happy to find this place on our recent visit to black hawk. We were disappointed that we couldn't find anywhere local and not a casino for breakfast until we found Mountain Mocha! Food was great, coffee was delicious and the employees are nice. We sat by the window both days and enjoyed watching some... More

Stopped for a quick lunch before heading to the casinos. Sandwiches were fresh and tasty, good variety on the menu.

After a girlfriend weekend of gambling, breakfast at Mountain Mocha Cafe was very welcome. We all had something different and we all were happy with our choices. It was quiet the morning we went and we were able to relax and visit in a comfortable setting. I would come back if I were in town again.

After reading so many good reviews of this cafe, I was totally baffled with our experience. The place is so small that you can hardly walk around the six small tables inside without bumping into someone. The two people behind the counter were not friendly and seemed very impatient with us. We each ordered a breakfast burrito and they were... More

After reading several reviews we had high hopes for Mountain Mocha. While the prices were very reasonable, we were not pleased with the quality of our meal. The husband had a breakfast burrito and I had a blueberry waffle. Both of us had large coffees. First, the coffee tasted burnt and as much as I kept trying to doctor it... More

We wanted breakfast at a local shop, and this place did not disappoint. I had the peanut butter mocha, and my husband had a black forest mocha. Both were amazing!! The oatmeal was hearty, delicious, and very filling with lots of nuts and fruit. If we're ever back in the area, we will definitely come back!
