Salt is a really good restaurant that just oozes "Boulder style." Easily one of the best restaurants on Pearl Street -- and in Boulder for that matter. A place for return visits; never gets old.

I would give between 4 and 5 stars to all these items. Overall , one of the best places I tried in Boulder, hence the 5 stars rating. Courtesy of service (top) Ambiance (nice post industrial style) Flight of beer (4 samplers) Special of the day (excellent shoulder with fries and salad) Flatbread with prosciutto (yummy) Complementary focaccia (very good)... We had a wonderful dinner here with a large party. We were unfortunately late (sorry!) And they were extremely accommodating. Our server was very knowledgeable with lots of great suggestions. The food was wonderful and reasonably priced.
My family and I had Christmas Eve dinner here. The meal was simply excellent. WE began with a large meat and cheese board which was superb. Then we indulged in the tenderloin, short ribs and pork chops (a carnivore group). Simply delicious. Service was attentive, the atmosphere in the cellar was fantastic. Good vibes all around. Friendly staff and professional service on a very busy night. Food was tasty and well prepared. The salted caramel tart was my favorite! We've never been disappointed here.
Went for an adult only family dinner. Food was good but prices tend to be on the high side. I had the filet, most of the others had the Alaska Salmon Special. Service was good.
I had a great dinner here. I have celiac disease and need gluten-free food, and the staff were very knowledgeable and accommodating. I had a delicious burger on a house-made gluten-free bun. The atmosphere of the restaurant is very cozy and not loud, and they have an excellent drinks menu.
