Divine pastries. Got screamed at by dark brown hair girl for not wanting to throw a full cup of hot chocolate into their bins for them to deal with later. How ugly and unnecessary. Really are you okay girl? Owner take note of this person...driving away your customers and making your business look bad.More

Go!!!! Very cute, authentic French Cafe. A wide variety of baked goods... savory items are just as delicious. But the beignets were the bomb!!! We will go again before leaving Breck!!!

For us its a must go to place each time we visit Breckenridge. Their pastries and baked goods are exquisite. A high-quality French bakery at nearly 10,00 feet is no small feat to accomplish. They have a small amount of seating some in and some...out back by the blue river that runs through Breck. Cost is on the high side which should be expected in a resort town. It is well worth the cost to treat yourself to these delights.More

Chocolate croissants!!! excellent!! Service was pleasant and efficient. So many choices, not just for pastries (which were too many to count, but many breakfast choices. Highly recommend to stop in and grab a coffee

We ordered our food and sat out back along the Blue River. Food was delicious and the atmosphere was very pleasant. We ordered omelets on croissants and they were delicious.

I wanted one of everything. It all looked delicious. I finally selected the almond croissant. Oh my, it was pure flaky, buttery goodness. I wish I had gotten two!

Sunday morning I walked over to pick up some pastries for breakfast. The glass case was loaded with delectables. There was a particular peach pastry that I wanted and the customer in line before me selected. I was disappointed, but the staff replaced the tray...with more. I also ordered a large raisin pastry. All were fantastic. I returned the next morning and found the place closed for a week-bummer.More

This is by far the best place to eat in Breckinridge. Authentic French food, authentic experience. The family is French and the food is amazing. One side is the cafe which serves breakfast and lunch with the most amazing bread, pastries, crepe and sandwiches. The...coffee is delicious. The other side is open for dinner, you must make a reservation. The menu is small and perfect. We had mussels, pasta, a cheese plate and delicious wine and dessert. I could have eaten there every day of our stay. Don’t miss out on this little gem, it is amazing.More

This review is for the restaurant, not the bakery. We had the very fortunate opportunity to eat at the French restaurant for dinner with two very dear friends. The setting is very intimate and charming. The staff were very friendly and engaging. The food -...omg, words aren’t good enough!!!! The beef bourguignon had notes of cloves which were so interestingly different and highlighted the meat wonderfully. The duck and sausage were so savory with hints of cumin throughout and had us scraping the bowl! The goat cheese beet salad and the bone marrow appetizer was perfectly executed as well. We ended the night with four desserts that were spot on!More

Before Covid, we came up every December for the Berner parade. The first two years we stayed at a hotel that didn't provide breakfast and would walk up to have croissant. We have sampled a lot of the pastries and have enjoyed all of them....On this trip, we again enjoyed many of their pastries and are very happy that they are still here (since we missed last year). My daughter was disappointed to have waited so long the evening before at another place, only to be very disappointed. So we went back the next day to order a crepe and some more croissant to take home. The Belle Helene was amazing. We look forward to the bistro that they are trying to open next door.More

We stopped in on a Saturday morning because we were out walking and the amazing smells drew us in. My husband got a chocolate bread and hot chocolate. He could not stop raving about how wonderful it was, how authentic the flavors (he's lived in...France). We enjoyed our quick stop here and we highly recommend this little gem for your morning coffee or an afternoon sweet treat.More

Had the almond croissant. So heavy you could use it for a paper weight. Lots of dough, not much filling. Had a lot better food at Panera Bread.

Everything looks fabulous! Went in looking for something that would still be good the next day. Appreciated their honesty about which to choose. They were fabulous the next day- but it was hard to wait!
