After coming back from the grocery store I stumbled, in a side street, upon this restaurant. Reservations were immediately made after throwing a look at the very "interesting" menu. This is not a restaurant for the "I-want-steak-and-fries" person, but for the open minded foodie. It really is amazing. Soup of brie and blueberries anyone? A-MA-ZING! Halibut cheeks: Yuuuuuummmmm. Lasagna of... More

We came for Euphoric Hour (Happy Hour plus) and loved the ambience of this fun little bar. It's a semi circular bar which seats only around 14 max so it's really intimate. The bartender was lovely and the food very good, imaginatively conceived and beautifully presented. It warmed our souls which was great as it was snowing pretty hard outside!

Warm and cosy albeit slightly dark. Nice bar and good cocktails. Food was interesting but with a very intense complexity of flavours which overwhelmed our taste buds a bit so be prepared for that experience if you go. Good wine list and pleasant server. Worth a look if you are in town and want to try something different. Not cheap.

The bartender was amazing, but the place smelled like bad fish...that turned us off. We did not try the menu but it looked great.

A must for foodies - beautiful presentations, fascinating food combinations, topped off with excellent service. Even our picky eater was tempted to go outside her comfort zone and was very happily surprised. Highly recommended for both groups, dates and certainly for staff parties! Many thanks Ember

I had a chance to visit this restaurant this past Sunday with group of friends from New Orleans. This was my first visit to Breckenridge and we didn't know much about the places so we booked a table at this place because of the good reviews and wow...what a great decision. Food was delicious, from the appetizers to the main... More

We can recall the bests the lobster crepe, the pheasant taco and the haribut cheeks they were fantastic!! as main courses we ate Venison (strong flavor with great sides) lamb (with hot indian style) chicken... If you are coming to breckenridge you owe it to yourself to have dinner here. Do not, I repeat do not skip the desert. My husband said it was absolutely the best tenderloin he has ever had with a mix of flavors that took it to the next level. I had venison that was one of the most tender cuts... More

Everyone speaks so highly about Ember you go with unrealistic expectations. The originality of each course, service and ambiance are eagerly anticipated and Ember exceeds every expectation. The staff's eagerness to please is like being invited to a family table set in a cozy art museum. Our server was knowledgeable and highly professional. He pleasantly guided us through the menu.... A new restaurant in Breckenridge built on the reputation and talent of Chef/Owner Scott Boshaw. "Never rest on your laurels," are words Scott lives by and this is evident in his globally-influenced menu and the contemporary styling of this historical Victorian home.
