One up on Happy hour. Chef Scott continues to amaze. His appetizers are always unique and flavorful. We had a soup creation that was beyond wonderful. Very reasonable for the quality. Always love to take friends visiting Breck to experience the kindle. (What they call...More

Ember is a great restaurant with attentive and knowledgeable staff! We had the Pad Thai salad and the Wagyu New York steak, both outstanding. We had a reservation (6 people) and it worked out great (no wait). Great ambiance and a nice fireplace.

Very crowded. We went there around 7pm and waited for a seat at least 45 mins. But it was nice to hang out in the bar and having wine. Reasonable wine price but expensive dishes. Menu changes every month, we have tried several for shares,...More

Excellent food and apps, not the mainstream meals you see everywhere. The chef has crafted an amazing out of the ordinary, well pared menu.

Love Ember, love, love love! Sexy Lady is one of the best drinks in Breck, spicy goodness in a Martini glass! Superb! That weird, bursting TV thingy behind the bar, I never get tired of looking at it! The chef here is outstanding, and if...More

A new restaurant in Breckenridge built on the reputation and talent of Chef/Owner Scott Boshaw. "Never rest on your laurels," are words Scott lives by and this is evident in his globally-influenced menu and the contemporary styling of this historical Victorian home. We invite you for apres-ski at the bar, a casual dinner with friends, or a romantic evening. Put a spark in your night. Let us warm your soul.
